The southern pillars bases have been covered over, and the lower causeway levelled off...
..but the small digger is making small depressions in carefully marked places...
The NE pillar base is partially covered, and the NW pillar steelwork is in place.
Sheet steel piling, Harbour Office road.
A work floor of concrete will be laid on the lower causeway - deeper concrete where the pits are will take the load of scaffolding uprights...
